2D Silhouette Scenery - Paintjob

Here's an early look at painted examples of the Silhouette Scenery.

Apologies for the poor lighting, I hope to get some real sunshine tomorrow.

I think some of the darker areas need more highlighting. Will try this evening.

  1. Hi Jim,

That looks a really clever idea and well executed. I am intrigued what the game will be using this terrain!

All the best and take care,

    1. I plan to use my 10mm 1809 Austrians and French in a multi division Portable wargame.

      Others may do something different.

  2. Jim,

I am even more impressed with the way the silhouette scenery looks now the various pieces have been painted. It’s certainly an idea that is worth copying ... and I may well do so.

    All the best,

    Bob

  4. Good idea well presented - like it. Meanwhile... Scotland, November, real sunshine... unless you've moved without telling anyone?

    1. Believe it or not Rob it is bright sunshine at the moment but pretty chilly. Might get a few snaps taken.

    2. And just as I was heading out to catch the sunshine before lunch it started to rain.

Will haul out a couple of anglepoises this afternoon and see what I can do.
