Some insights into a crazy world of model soldiers, toys to some, a business to others, an amazing realm where there are no limits other than your imagination, tempered with a bit of research and history.
OK, it's now Friday afternoon, I'm home but have had to retreat to bed. It seems the extra painkillers only work well when you are tucked up warm and comfy.
Next post will be at the weekend, tune in then ....
You may take it as a sign that we (or at least I) will have you in mind on January 8th and will be wishing you well.

ReplyDeleteFingers crossed - hope it went well and you're recovering nicely!
ReplyDeleteSorry this a blanket reply to everyone who has sent best wishes via my blog.
ReplyDeleteI had my kidney and various bits of cancer taken out late on Monday.
Today I collapsed twice during my recuperation due to very low blood pressure. Am confined to bed now which will slow me down a bit.
Only have phone to hand so limited postings are possible.
Thanks everyone, Jim.
Keep strong
ReplyDeleteIf I can sit up in an hour's time then they might let me home today.
ReplyDeleteSpot on, hope so!
DeleteThat didn't go so well.
ReplyDeleteMy blood pressure drops a lot when I sit up. Back in bed.
Another tablet, sit/stand up in half an hour and see what happens. Home tomorrow if successful.
ReplyDeleteGo go blood pressure! Think angry thoughts?!
DeleteBetter to be right than get out too early
ReplyDeleteStill in, no shortage of pain.

ReplyDeleteNothing like getting back home and to your own bed, gives you a wee boost right there! Looking forward to seeing new posts when you are up to it.
ReplyDeleteLooking up is probably today's theme as I'm particularly sore today.
