It must have got lost in my subconscious somewhere.

I've done quite a few castles in my time, up North, down South, Wales, Portugal, Czech Republic, Italy, Canaries and Florida. The one in Florida was pink and blue and was heaving with kiddies!!

JimJim Duncan Wargamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14114076455087495681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-235143659957048058.post-4315713771393562432012-02-29T15:16:16.872+00:002012-02-29T15:16:16.872+00:00Hi David

It was a bit chilly but it made an enjoyable afternoon trip. We ate at the same pub and I can only echo your sentiments as we too had a really good lunch.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09819909229567148447noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-235143659957048058.post-46702897071627703542012-02-28T23:30:45.494+00:002012-02-28T23:30:45.494+00:00Hi Ken

Some of the guys from my club (SESWC) were taking part in an exhibition relating to the battle and were putting on a wargame. I got roped in to providing a model of Bankton House which I had to scratch build. I sketched the building from the car on a very rainy day before producing the model from cardboard.

There's a future blog topic for me.

JimJim Duncan Wargamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14114076455087495681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-235143659957048058.post-62109614652923659662012-02-28T23:03:28.984+00:002012-02-28T23:03:28.984+00:00Jim great photos, but you are quite disgracefully ...Jim great photos, but you are quite disgracefully misleading our far travelled U.S. Cousins. You know as well as I do that the three legged haggis is protected now. Apart from the numerous "macsween", none can be culled. I think that you have been a tad disingenuous!!Ken Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04231379269565966932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-235143659957048058.post-14425920017875623012012-02-28T22:28:12.196+00:002012-02-28T22:28:12.196+00:00Jim,
